This 1-month mindfulness meditation course includes:

  • 4 live meetings with clear explanations (lectures) and guided mindfulness meditations
  • practical tools you can apply in daily life, not just during meditation
  • ongoing guidance and support for 3 months

After completing the course, you are welcome to join future guidance sessions anytime, creating a long-term supportive space for your practice and personal growth.
