I want to share my story.

It might inspire you. And your story might inspire someone else.

I worked in photography for over 16 years.

Being a freelancer taught me that imposter syndrome can kill even the greatest talent, and a lack of focus can take you off the right path.

I also went through a divorce while living alone in a foreign country.

That experience showed me what depression and loneliness truly were. They stole my smile, my sleep and peace for some time.

Did I cure myself with pills?

No. Meditation was my medicine. The first time I experienced a guided meditation with my teacher, I felt that calm and peaceful like never before.

It allowed to free myself from layers of self judgment and overthinking. I built healthy relationships with myself.

After a few months my sleep improved, hormones regulated naturally, depression left.

And you know what the strangest thing is?

That experience was painful, yet I feel deeply grateful for all the lessons it brought me. I’m also grateful for every teacher who guided me on my journey back to myself.

I discovered Transcendental Meditation (TM) and other forms such as mindfulness meditation, visualization, loving-kindness meditation, and energy center alignment, among others.

Studying each of them I discovered the benefits they have for both mental and physical health.

That’s when I realized I could help others heal, grow & thrive

Healing my nervous system and reshaping my mindset through the gentle power of meditation combined with the deep belief work of ThetaHealing® gave me a fresh start, one that finally felt aligned with my true purpose.

I began to see my story like a kintsugi vase: not broken, but made more meaningful, more beautiful, and more whole because of everything it had lived through.

In that moment, I realized my path was to help others heal, grow, and thrive by honoring their own stories with the same compassion and kindness.
