I worked in photography for over 16 years.
Being a freelancer taught me that imposter syndrome can kill even the greatest talent, and a lack of focus can take you off the right path.
I’ve also been married and went through a divorce while living alone in a foreign country.
That experience showed me what depression and loneliness truly are. They stole my smile and peace for a while.


And you know what the strangest thing is?
That experience was painful, yet I feel deeply grateful for all the lessons it brought me. I’m also grateful for every teacher who guided me on my journey back to myself.
Do you think I healed through pills?
No.
Meditation was my medicine. The first time I experienced a guided meditation with my teacher, it felt like stepping into another dimension — freeing myself from layers of judgment and expectation.
I might have felt that calm and peaceful for the very first time.
Later, I began practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM) and discovered other forms such as mindfulness meditation, visualization, loving-kindness meditation, and energy center alignment, among others.
Each of these practices was beneficial for both my mental and physical health. My sleep improved, my hormones balanced, depression disappeared, and I rediscovered my purpose and joy in life.
That’s when I realized I could help others who were going through similar experiences.
The next step was to work on the limiting beliefs around relationships. These often stem from childhood, and we might not even remember what exactly triggered them.
That’s when I discovered the ThetaHealing® method. It allows us to access and transform subconscious beliefs while remaining fully conscious during the session.
Healing the nervous system and changing the mindset through the gentle power of meditation — combined with rewriting beliefs with ThetaHealing® — gave me a fresh start aligned with my true purpose. It strengthened my confidence, not my ego.
